1 General Provisions

3 Age Limit and Eligibility

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.2 Withdrawal Methods

4.3 Source of Funds

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will add an extra ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. Before withdrawing this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times — meaning a total of ৳10,000 must be bet for a ৳1,000 bonus.

5.2 Other Promotions

5.3 Bonus Abuse

ceo bdt's system detects attempts to abuse bonuses or claim bonuses repeatedly through multiple accounts. Such activity may result in bonus cancellation and account closure.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Each bonus has a set expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not completed within the specified time, the bonus will be automatically cancelled.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Finality of Bets

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled unless ceo bdt explicitly voids it due to a specific error. Members are responsible for any bets placed by mistake.

6.2 Odds Changes

Odds for sports events may change based on market conditions and information. Bets will be settled at the odds that were in effect at the time the bet was confirmed.

6.3 Event Cancellation

If an event is cancelled or postponed, all bets on that event will generally be considered void and the stake returned, unless otherwise stated.

6.4 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted due to a lost internet connection or device fault, ceo bdt will treat the system server's records as final. Claims of technical issues from members will be considered but are not guaranteed to be upheld.

6.5 Finality of Game Results

Results for live casino, slots or any other game are determined based on the verified server records. Results of games operated by a Random Number Generator (RNG) are entirely random.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ceo bdt platform:

1. Creating multiple accounts or using a third party's account.
2. Providing false information in order to obtain bonus benefits.
3. Attempting to damage any software or system of the platform.
4. Transferring or selling an account to another person.
5. Using any bot, script or automated tool to conduct betting or gaming.
6. Carrying out any fraudulent activity with the intent to deceive other members.
7. Engaging in money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
8. Behaving in a rude or threatening manner toward platform staff.

If any of the above violations are detected, ceo bdt reserves the right to close the account, forfeit the balance or take legal action.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

ceo bdt reserves the right to investigate, suspend or permanently close any account — particularly if there is suspicion of a terms violation, fraud or illegal activity.

8.2 Member's Right to Self-Close

You may request voluntary closure of your account at any time through our support team. The account will be closed after any pending withdrawals at the time of the request have been completed.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

An account may be considered inactive if there has been no activity for 12 consecutive months. In such cases, the member will be notified in advance and the balance will be kept secure.

9 Privacy and Data Protection
